Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
